What’s Included:

A thorough review of your comprehensive health intake questionnaire, to help me understand your health history and your unique case. This helps me identify any factors that may be contributing to your current health and wellbeing challenges.

A 2 hour initial deep-dive consultation, via Zoom, where we will discuss your intake questionnaire together in more detail and any functional test results and prioritise initial areas to focus on as you begin your journey towards vibrant health and happiness

Recommendations for comprehensive functional testing that may further support your case and health outcomes. Such testing will be organised and interpreted by me, as your practitioner.

Review and full interpretation of up to two functional tests* is included in the package price. Any further test results will incur additional interpretation costs.
*Cost of testing is separate from the package price.

A careful and detailed review after our initial session and creation of your personalised report detailing the imbalances we need to address during our time together and how we will begin to do this initially. This will provide you with clarity, reassurance and a clear plan of action.

Personalised supplement recommendations, where applicable, to support your plan. This will be tweaked as we go along to ensure you are only ever using supplements that are genuinely required to support your body. Any recommended supplements will be checked for potential interactions with any medications you may currently be taking.

6 follow up consultations, each lasting up to 1 hour where we will review your progress, any test results and continue to tweak and refine your plan as needed

Online support and accountability of up to 1 hour each week (via my practice app ‘Better’)

STAGE 1 - Information Gathering + Getting Started

In this initial stage, I will take a comprehensive case history from you, by way of a health intake form that you will complete ahead of our initial deep dive session. I will go through your forms in great detail before we meet for our initial session, where I will continue to gather important and relevant information that will allow me to help you in the best way possible.

After our initial session, I will provide you with a written summary of everything we discussed and outline of the strategy/what we will focus on over the duration of our time together and where we will start. This will include any recommendations for functional testing, if applicable and recommended supplements to support your journey and to get the best results.

STAGE 2 - Building the Foundations

After our initial session and your written report, we will spend the first 6-8 weeks addressing, and building on, the foundations of optimum health and wellbeing. We will speak, via Zoom video, every other week and I will be available to support you via email between calls. Examples of what we may address in this stage include;

 

  • Your eating style and habits, including meal timing, what you eat, how you feel after eating. We will tweak your diet and eating styles where necessary to support your physical health, mental wellbeing and hormone health.
  • Your daily routine, movement and activity, both mental and physical.
  • Your sleep and evening routine and habits. 
  • Your digestion and bowel movements.
  • A review of any supplements you may be taking.
  • Your own unique set of circumstances with regards to stressors, relationships, work etc. 
  • The goal here is to make sure these areas are optimised in full support of your outcome goals.

STAGE 3 - Monitoring Progress + Making Tweaks

Where we go from here will depend on various elements, such as any functional test results we may have been waiting for, if applicable. Test examples include a comprehensive stool/gut analysis, DUTCH sex + adrenal hormones testing, comprehenisve blood work for essential nutrient status such as B12, B6, folate, iron and vitamin D, blood work to assess key things such as thyroid health, blood glucose management, cholesterol, and other metabolic, energy and cardiovascular health markers.

I’ll be guiding you every step of the way with our regular calls, the email support and weekly check-in form – and adjusting your plan as we go along, depending on how your body responds.

STAGE 4 - Maintenance + Moving Forward

By now, you should be feeling a LOT better than when we first met. However, depending on how long you have been suffering and the complexity of your own unique case and situation, there may still be some areas that need more work.

We want to make sure you are ready to come to the end of your time with me and continue to work on your health long term, confidently and comfortably. In this stage, we will continue to repeat, repeat and repeat the work you have already been doing,as this is how you create long term, sustainable habit change. Should you feel you would like to continue getting my support, we will discuss how that can look going forward.

Hi, I'm Francesca

It wasn’t until my late 20s that I became interested in health and wellbeing. I had suffered for almost a decade with low energy, frequent headaches, digestive issues, psoriasis, terrible PMS, depression and weight gain. Once I started to understand the link between our food and lifestyle habits such as sleep, movement and relationships, my whole world started to change. One by one, symptoms I’d come to think of as ‘normal’ started to dissipate. Soon I was a completely new person, experiencing my day to day life in a way I’d never thought was possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

As my work with clients is completely personalised it is impossible to answer this. You will be given your own unique plan and so the time investment each week will depend on this. We will work at a pace that suits you and remove any potential overwhelm. Working with me means that the guesswork, research and confusion is completely taken out of your quest to rebalance your body and hormones, which will already be saving you a lot of time. The time required by you to implement the necessary changes and recommendations must be a priority for you.

After our initial deep dive consultation I may recommend functional laboratory testing to investigate areas of imbalance that may be at play. Results of such testing provides insight on what is happening on a biochemical level for you, allowing us to take targeted action based on your unique data. Examples of the type of testing I use frequently with my clients include the DUTCH Complete Hormones by Precision Analytical, the GI Effects Comprehensive Stool Analysis, Organic Acids Nutrient Status Profile and comprehensive thyroid screen by Genova Diagnostics.
Testing data also includes blood work results that can be done via your GP and or private testing companies such as Medichecks.
The cost of any testing is separate to the cost of my coaching packages. These are fees charged by the various labs for the various tests.

Test results review and interpretation is charged at £100 per test

Payment must be made at least 48 hours before our initial consultation or before this if I will be working on your case before this time frame, for example to order any functional testing you may want to go ahead with before our initial session or review any test results you may already have. If you are paying in instalments, the first instalment must be made as per the above and subsequent payments will be automatically taken exactly one month apart. No refunds will be issued and full payment of the programme is required whether the client completes the programme or not.

My days and hours of practice are Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10am and 4pm and Thursdays between 10am and 3pm.

I use practice software called Better and this is where you will complete all of your intake forms and any subsequent forms such as your weekly check in form. This is also where all of your documents such as your programme, supplement plan, test results reports and supportive PDFs will be uploaded and shared with you.
I will create an account for you within Better which can be accessed online on a browser however I strongly recommend that you also download the Better App as this will make our correspondence easier and more accessible for you. There is a Chat function within Better which is how we will communicate between sessions as and where needed.
